PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING Hi! My name is NaKya! I’ve been a braider since 2019. I am a Morgan State Alum and I dabble in other creative fields such as photography and creative direction. I take a lot of pride in my craft and I can’t wait to see you in my chair! *ALL HAIR IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICING* *NEW CLIENTS MUST BRING CASH* APPOINTMENT PREPARATION - Please come with your hair washed/blowdried and FULLY detangled(unless otherwise specified). - If you do not come fully detangled and I find myself detangling for longer than 20 minutes, this will ensue a $25 detangling fee. TWEAKS & TOUCH-UPS - If you are unsatisfied with anything, you may let me know within 48 hours of the original appointment and you may schedule an appointment to get it fixed free of charge APPOINTMENT POLICIES - Any appointment placed within 24 hours of appointment date, it will be considered a squeeze in and will ensue a $25 squeeze-in fee. - Your appointment will be cancelled after rescheduling twice and you will have to pay a new deposit. Please give the remaining balance AFTER the service has been completed. CASH, VENMO, APPLE PAY ARE ACCEPTED.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late WITHOUT NOTICE, you will be charged an extra $20 for inconvenience. If you are more than 20 minutes late WITHOUT NOTICE, your appointment will be CANCELLED and your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged 20% of the service unless otherwise specified. If you no-call/no-show, you will be charged 50% of the service. Your appointment will be cancelled after rescheduling twice and you will have to pay a new deposit.
